Occasionally, due to personal commitments, some attendees are unable to attend the convention, which may make tickets available.
As ticket resale is not permitted, we’re happy to offer refunds or transfer tickets to future HandyCon conventions. Any refunded tickets will then be made available to those on the waiting list who are eager to join us for the weekend.
We’d like to emphasise that our ticket limit is based on venue capacity. This ensures there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the convention in a comfortable, uncrowded environment.

Waiting List
We’ve created this waiting list for anyone interested in attending HandyCon October 2026 while we work to secure our new venue.
New ticket sales are currently paused until the new venue has been confirmed.
By joining the waiting list, you’ll secure your place for a ticket once sales reopen.
Once we have confirmed the new venue, we’ll contact you with further information on how to complete your booking.
If you have already purchased a ticket for HandyCon October, your ticket remains valid and you do not need to join this waiting list.
Existing October ticket holders will also be given priority access to hotel room bookings at the new venue once everything has been confirmed.
