We offer a limited number of exhibitor tables, available per day or for the whole con. These are great if you want to demo your games to attendees and sell them too, but don’t require a full stand. You are able to book multiple tables.
£65 per day or £175 for all 3 days.

Main Gaming Hall (Berkshire Suites)
1 x 5ft rectangular table.
1 x tablecloth.
4 x chairs.
1 x Entry pass (each person working at your table requires an entry pass. You can purchase 1 additional entry pass at the reduced price of £5/day. Any further additional entry passes are available for the regular price of admission).
Space for 1 floor-standing roller banner (not supplied).
Your company/game listed as an exhibitor on the event page.
Selling is allowed, but only in addition to demonstrating games.
Game Finder access (to post bookable demo slots in advance of the event)
Does not include:
Space for additional furniture or displays.
Guaranteed access to power, although this may be available.
Additional storage space (all items must be kept on or under your table).
Opening / Set Up Times:
Exhibitor tables are accessible at the following times, for each day they are booked for:
Set up: 8am – 9am
Operating hours: 9am – 8pm
Tear down: 8pm – 10pm
Exhibitors booked on the Friday are also welcome to set up on the Thursday evening from 6pm – 9pm.
Please note that the gaming halls are not locked at night (including Thursday night) and are open to the public and/or hotel staff for the duration of the convention. Any items left unattended overnight or at any time during the convention are done so entirely at your own risk.
Note that these tables are for the exhibiting and selling of games, not purely for trade (please see the Exhibitor / Trade Stand section if you only want to sell games or other related items).
- Initial enquiries should be made via the booking form below. If you have any questions you can get in touch via email before you submit the form.
- We will then contact you to confirm the space you requested is available and to issue an invoice for the total cost along with the full terms and conditions (please read these carefully as payment of the invoice constitutes your acceptance of our terms and conditions). Note that we may ask for additional information about the games or items you are looking to exhibit and/or sell to ensure they a good fit for the event.
- The full amount must then be paid within 14 days to secure your booking. If an invoice is issued within 14 days of the commencement of the event, you must pay the full value of the invoice as soon as possible and at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the event. We can accept payment via: (i) bank transfer or (ii) PayPal for payments of up to £100. Full payment details will be included on the invoice.
